Deposit, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

$75 Nonrefundable Booking Deposit

A $75 nonrefundable deposit is required to secure all cleaning appointments. The deposit will be credited toward the total cost of the scheduled service.
Customers may reschedule one time without forfeiting their deposit when at least 48 hours’ notice is provided.
Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Additional rescheduling requests may require a new deposit.
Appointments are not confirmed until the company approves the requested date and receives the required deposit.
All policies are subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
